Through the long-standing and unique Clever Buying procurement training programme, Caroline and her team have boosted procurement capability for thousands of public sector procurement staff throughout New Zealand’s local authorities, Waka Kotahi offices, ministries and departments in the past decade.
She holds an MBA with Distinction as well as post-graduate education qualifications; is a director; a qualified Tender Evaluator and Assessor; a member of MBIE’s Business Reference Group for Procurement and several key industry organisations.
