From starting his career as a driver operator to leading the 112-person Tararua Alliance, Daniel Erard has built an impressive reputation as one of the industry's emerging infrastructure leaders. Over the past decade, he has progressed through operational and leadership roles while helping deliver Cyclone Gabrielle recovery works and leading New Zealand's first ISO 55001-certified road maintenance contract. Under his leadership, the Alliance has achieved national and international recognition for excellence in asset management, innovation, and infrastructure delivery.
