Nick Schilov

Nick Schilov is a Chartered Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in pavement engineering, road design, and infrastructure project delivery across New Zealand and Australia.

As Technical & Innovation Manager at Hiway, he specialises in pavement design, rehabilitation, and sustainable construction solutions, with a strong focus on improving performance while reducing carbon emissions.

Nick has worked across both consulting and contracting environments, providing technical leadership on major roading projects and mentoring engineering teams.
