In my role as National Traffic Management Lead at Downer New Zealand, I oversee all TTM Professional Services, including Systems and Technical Support, Procurement, Engineering, Design, Training and Education. Leading a team of 40+, I champion thought leadership to shape best practice, ensuring our TTM approach consistently delivers operational excellence while staying aligned with Downer’s values and organisational objectives.

Passionate about training and development, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to build their skills and achieve their career goals. Reflecting Downer’s commitment to industry leadership, I serve as a Tier 1 contractor representative on the TTM Industry Steering Group (TTM ISG), providing strategic leadership to support the transition to the New Zealand Guide to Temporary Traffic Management (NZGTTM) and drive ongoing sector improvements. As Chair of the TTM Credentials Framework Working Group (TTMCFWG), I am leading the development of an NZQA recognised credentials and vocational framework. I actively promote this ethos, contributing to and shaping the TTM industry’s ongoing evolution.
