Julia Flattery

Julia is an experienced construction, infrastructure and energy lawyer who has significant large project build experience of projects around New Zealand, the UK and elsewhere. She has advised on significant infrastructure projects using PPP and other procurement methods, including transport and renewable energy projects as well as large-scale commercial and mixed use developments and infrastructure projects.

She acts for all tiers of the construction industry on procurement strategy, tender preparation and review, construction contracts (including NZS, FIDIC and NEC), subcontracts, supply agreements, consultancy agreements, ancillary construction documentation and construction disputes.
