Tim Langley

Tim is an experienced manager with a strong background in local government and contractor delivery and management. He specialises in highways, project estimation, facilities management, safety management systems, and construction with an emphasis on manging risk in a cost-efficient manner to get value for money. Tim holds an NZCE in Civil Engineering from Christchurch Polytechnic.
