Clare Dring

Clare Dring is the National Technical Manager – Pavements and Laboratories at Fulton Hogan. Clare leads technical strategy, laboratory services, quality assurance, research, and innovation across New Zealand. With extensive experience in pavements, asphalt materials, aggregates, binders, airports, and laboratory operations, she works closely with industry, clients, and research partners to improve infrastructure performance, sustainability, and value. Clare is actively involved in industry technical committees and the development and implementation of new specifications, materials, and technologies across the transport sector.
