Stephen Lowe

Stephen has over 25 years of management experience in construction, road maintenance, and quarry management. He began his career at Fulton Hogan, gaining more than a decade of experience. He then served as General Manager of WestReef Service Ltd and later as Chief Executive of Buller Holdings Limited, where he led significant growth in revenue and staff numbers.

Returning to Fulton Hogan in 2015, Stephen took on several key positions, including West Coast Network Outcomes Contract Manager and Regional Manager Canterbury. In 2021, he was promoted to General Manager Upper North Island and subsequently to General Manager South Island, managing regional projects and contracts with turnovers exceeding $1.2 billion. Stephen has also completed various governance roles, including positions on several industry boards and joint ventures.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys jetboating, hunting and spending time with his family.
