Sarah Sinclair

Sarah is a construction, infrastructure and major projects specialist. Sarah has particular expertise in infrastructure projects (including private finance projects and PPPs), joint venture and consortium arrangements, contracting structures, construction law, tendering, negotiation of contracts and energy work (including power plant development and upstream oil and gas).

Sarah has extensive experience acting for both Government and private sector clients. She is known for providing commercially pragmatic, strategic advice on infrastructure funding models, procurement strategies, contracting structures, tendering, contract drafting and negotiation.
