National Maintenance Assets Lead

Carol has 18 years of experience in road construction and maintenance. Since joining HEB Construction in 2020, she has served as the National Maintenance Assets Lead, where she provides asset management support across maintenance contracts and leads innovation development in collaboration with Vinci.
Carol holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from Canterbury University (2007) and a Master of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Auckland (2012). She worked on a number of projects include the Newmarket Viaduct Replacement, Waterview Connection, Auckland Motorway Alliance, West Waikato NOC contracts, and Auckland Harbour Bridge maintenance during her tenure at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi.
