Colin Morgan has over 40 years of experience in the heavy industry sector, joining New Zealand Steel in November 1989. Prior to NZ Steel, Colin was a member of the Pacific Steel Bar Mill team for over 5 years.
Colin transitioned into the role of WNH Mining Production Superintendent in 2007 after being the Kilns Operations Superintendent at NZ Steel. During his time at the WNH Mine he also became an active member of the Minex Health and Safety Council as an Executive Board member.
In August 2013, Colin was appointed the role of NZ Steel Aggregates Manager, focusing heavily on the quality supply of Glenbrook Melter Aggregates to the roading industry.
Colin leverages his extensive experience in operational management, deep industry knowledge along with a degree in business to drive continuous improvement through quality control and operational discipline.
