Ian is the Head of Private Market Direct Property and Infrastructure Investment for Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) the Crown Entity that provides compulsory, no-fault, personal injury insurance for all New Zealanders.
Ian is responsible for a $1.5bn portfolio of investments that includes private credit, rental securitisations, direct property holdings, public private partnerships and concession arrangements.
Ian has worked for ACC for the past 18 years and was formerly responsible for ACC’s listed property and infrastructure investments.
Ian is a director of a number of property and infrastructure investment vehicles on behalf of ACC including the investment vehicles for Transmission Gully and Puhoi to Warkworth PPPs and was formerly a board member of Infrastructure NZ.
