Demonstrated ability to develop, drive and implement a clear vision and strategy, and lead complex, strategic and operational change management in different cultural contexts and across a broad range of sectors including transportation, energy and water.

MBA (Edinburgh), together with a civil engineering degree (BE, Auckland) and experience leading infrastructure programmes in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Americas and Europe.

Currently overseeing design standards and asset management of the $22 billion infrastructure asset portfolio for Auckland Transport.
