Sean Bearsley

Sean Bearsley is the National Bitumen Operations Manager with Higgins Group and is responsible for Higgins’ bitumen supply and distribution business. Throughout his 27 years with Higgins, he has managed and commissioned laboratories and bitumen plants, and has been an active participant on CCNZ, NZTA and Austroads pavement and surfacing committees.  Although his focus in recent years has been on commercial aspects of the bitumen supply chain, he has retained a professional interest in the sustainability and engineering performance of bitumen and pavement surfacing materials.
